Hey my name is Brickell! I will be writing the blog for Thursday’s. Today was a busy day. We left for the garden nursery at 8am. Here the interns picked out their seeds that they will be growing in the garden. I Â bought some seed for pumpkins, cucumbers, lettuce and carrots. I’m very excited to start gardening. Karli also bought some small strawberry plants and I’m happy that we will be able to transplant those into our garden.
After that we spent the rest of the day at our lifeguarding class. We worked in the pool making rescues and then in Creekside performing CPR. Today I passed my certification tests. So I am now Happy Valley’s newest lifeguard! 🙂
This past week has been a lot of fun and also a lot of learning.
